
Honoapiilani Highway Widening Lahainaluna Road to Aholo Road
This project will widen Honoapiilani Highway between Lahainaluna Road and Aholo Road, to a four lane divided highway with a curbed median, sidewalks on one side and paved shoulders on both sides. Other improvements include concrete retaining walls, CMU noise barrier walls, guardrails, drainage features, intersection improvements, curb ramps, traffic signal upgrades, signs, pavement markings, adjusting underground and overhead utilities, landscaping and irrigation.
